An experience in curing 2 cases of Thorn-wald's dissease is reported.

The first case a woman, aged 32, complained of a sudden onset of persistent severe occipital headache, chill, vertigo and tachycardia. The patient was examined for cerebral affections with negative results. These symptoms however, were completely eliminated by performing adenotomy which cleared the nasopharyngeal space infections.

The second case consisted of a patient a woman, aged 37, who complained of constant headache for the period of 2 years. The patient underwent radical sinus operations but no relief resulted in the headache. She was referred to the ophthalmologist for pains in the frontal and optic fossa regions; she was also referred to the pneuro-psychiatrist. Adenotomy was finally resorted to in this case also; the headache was completely relieved.
