上咽頭悪性腫瘍について

　Ⅰ．緒言

　上咽頭の悪性腫瘍は，比較的稀な疾患とされてはいるが，種々の症状より耳鼻咽喉科以外の診療対象となる場合も多く，又，吾々の診療対象となつても長期にわたつて原発巣の発見が困難で診断が遅延し，且，治療が非常に難しい事などに依り興味ある特異な疾患として注目されている様である。

　我々の教室に於て，最近5年間に14例の経験を得たので統計的観察を行い，興味ある問題について考察を加えて報告する。

Ob-ervations on 14 cases of laryngeal mali-gnancies that were found during the period of 5 years are made with review of literature.

These cases are characterized by having a poor prognosis and by difficulty in reaching a diagnosis particularly because the initial symptoms are vague as well as varied. Find-ing a means by which an early diagnosis of this disease may be made is highly desirable.
