前頸部膨隆をきたした下咽頭・喉頭血管腫

　I．序言

　血管腫は，日常，医家にとつて，しばしば遭遇する腫瘍であり，それ自体は格別珍らしいものとは思われないが，発生部位によつては，極めて特異な臨床所見を呈することがある。私がここに述べようとする症例は，題名の示すごとく，下咽頭から，喉頭にわたつて発生し，前頸部に膨隆を生じ，耳鼻咽喉科的に特徴ある喉頭鏡像を呈したものである。

A farmer's wife, aged 28, was affected with a tumor on an anterior cervical region for the past 10 years but this tumor recently suddenly began to increase in size. The tumor was the size of a dove's egg which showed a swel-ling externally on the throat. It caused a pressure on the larynx and presented a dis-torted picture of the laryngeal structures under laryngoscopy. The growth was removed and was found to be spongious hemangioma.
