黒舌症の2症例

　緒言

　黒舌症は糸状乳頭の異常増殖と着色を示す舌の特異な疾患とされている。殊に最近では，ペニシリンを始め各種抗生物質療法中にしばしば，黒舌症を惹起する事が報告されるようになつてきた。今日まで，我が国における報告例は散見する程度にすぎないが，日常注意して観察するならば，かかる症例も割合多く発見できるのではなかろうかと思われる。我々は，たまたま，エリコン末及びクロロマイセチン服用後と，油性プロカインペニシリン筋注後に黒舌症の発現を認めた2症例に遭遇し，これに臨床的検索を行つたので報告した。

Melanoglosia in 2 cases was the result of antibiotic administration, per oral dosage of chloromycetin in one and intramuscular ad-ministration procain penicillin in the other.

After the lesion in both cases was healed repeated administration of the same antibiotic in respective cases was experimentally tried which resulted in a repetition of the original trouble.
