ペニシリン療法に併發せる黒舌症

　はしがき

　ペニシリン療法中黒舌症を誘発することのある事が知られたのは最近のことである．その多くは経口的ペニシリン療法を受けたものに発現するといわれているが，唯の1例筋肉内注射によつて発現した報告もある．然し本邦においては，経口的ペニシリン療法即ち錠剤或は煙霧ペニシリンの応用が尠いためか未だ此報告を見ない．最近私は吾耳鼻咽喉科領域に於いて，耳内或は鼻腔内注入，及び口蓋扁桃腺周囲膿瘍腔内注入によるペニシリンの局所使用に件つて惹起したと惟われる黒舌症症例を観察したので，茲に報告したい．

　NODA reports 4 cases of glossophytia which he ascribes to as the result of local use of penicillin by instillation methods into areas such as the peritonsillar abcess cavity, the nasal cavity and the ear. Similiar affection is not met with by use of penicillin intramuscularly. The author has a suspicion that when penicillin is used orally either in the form of tablets or aeresols there is a possibility of causing glossophytia because of a situation quite similar to that of fected by instillations.
