メニエル氏病後遺病に対するボナミン（塩酸メクリジン）の使用経験

　緒言

　メニエル氏病の治療に我々は好んで重曹水の大量注射を用い卓効を得ているが，眩暈消腿後も尚頭重感，身体の沈降感，浮遊感が残存し，これらの愁訴は極めて頑固で治療に困るものの一つである。

　我々はこの様な患者にドラマミン，トラベルミン，メニエル，ダイアモックス，カリクレン，減塩食療法，頸部交感神経節遮断等を試みているがボナミンの投与が比較的簡便で，然も相当な効果を得たので報告する次第である。

The use of bonamin, 1-p-chlorobenzhydryl-4-m-methylbenzyl-piperazine dihydrochloride, wa-s tried in treatment of the after-affects of Menierre's disease. Thirty one cases of sim ilar conditions were treated : 3 cases showe-d a marked improvement and 8 cases showed a considerable improvement. The agent app-eared to be the most effective in women of 3rd decade. Drowsiness was reported in 6 cases.
