悪性黒色腫2症例

　I．緒言

　耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ける悪性黒色腫は屡々報告されているが，私達は最近篩骨蜂窩のHydroceleを合併した鼻腔悪性黒色腫を経験し，且，電子顕微鏡によりメラニン色素の形態を観察し得た症例と，発生部位的に稀なる外耳道の悪性黒色腫に遭遇したので，ここに追加報告する。

Two cases of malignant melanoma are re-ported. In one case a farmer, aged 66, the growth occurred in the nasal cavity; the other a factory employee a girl, aged 15, the growth was found in the external ear canal. In both cases the growth was surgically re-moved; no recurrences have been seen so far at the time of this writing.
