メニエール病に対する星状神経節遮断の効果及びその患側耳診断に関する一検討

　I．緒言

　最近メニエール病（以下メ病と略）に関する研究が非常に盛んとなり，第60回日耳鼻総会にもシンポジウムにとりあげられ興味ある業績が多数報告された。メ病の病理，診断及び治療に貢献するところ大であつたが，尚決定的治療法は見あたらない現状である。今回メ病と思われる若干の症例に星状神経節遮断（以下S．B．と略）を施行，その術前術後を頭位変換ゴニオメーターを利用し，その経過を観察いろいろ新しい成績を得たのでここに報告する。

For diagnosis of the affected ear in 8 ca-ses of Menieres's disease vestibular functional tests particularly positional goniometry was used. The treatment of these cases were effected by stellate ganglion block the result of which appeared satisfactorily effective as tested by positional goniometry and gonio-balancegram.
