外施神経麻痺を主症状とした耳鼻科疾患2例

　I．緒言

　最近，外施神経麻痺を主要症状とした耳鼻科領域の疾患，その1例は所謂Gradenigo症候群てあり，他の1例は鼻咽腔癌腫であつた2例を経験したので此処にその大要を報告する。

Yoshida reports 2 cases of nasopharyngeal cancer ; both patients died.

The first patient, a man aged 39, showed Gradinigo's syndrome with paralysis of re-current laryngeal nerve. He was affected with cholesteatoma which was surgically treated. Postoperative meningitis followed in spite of the use of antibiotics.

The cancer in the second case, a man aged 49, was found after he was hospitalized for eye treatment. Irradiation treatment by use of radium proved to be ineffective.
