両側顔面神経麻痺症状および両側軟口蓋麻痺症状を主症状とした重症筋無力症の1例

MYASTHENIA GRAVIS

　I．はじめに

　成人の重症筋無力症においては眼筋下垂，複視，四肢の易疲労性などが言語障害，嚥下障害に比して発現頻度の多い関係もあつてか，重症筋無力症の報告は内科，神経科および眼科領域に多く，耳鼻咽喉科で扱われることは比較的まれである。私どもは最近，両側顔面神経麻痺症状と開鼻声を主訴としてきた重症筋無力症の1例を経験したので，御報告し諸賢の御批判を仰ぎたい。

A girl, aged 17, complained of nasal voise and paralysis of the soft palate and also of the both facial nerves. From the result of electromyogram and that of tensilon test the case was diagnosed as a myasthenia gravis. Other similar cases are discussed.
