排出困難なりし乳児消化管異物症例

　I．緒言

　従来数多く報告されている食道異物の文献を見るに，誤嚥された異物の或るものは何等かの動機によつて胃に落下しているが，胃に落下した異物がその後如何なる経過をたどるかは洵に多種多様である。我々は最近乳児が誤嚥せる重複消化管異物（沓下用止ピン及びステープル）に於て，沓下用止ピンが18日間胃幽門部に介在し，誤嚥後20日にして自然排出をみた症例を経験したので，その経過について報告する。

An infant, aged 8 months, swallowed a stick-pin which lingered for a short while in the esophagus as a foreign body but, soon it was propelled into the stomach. About 20 days later after the swallowing the pin was expelled through the natural exit. The me-chanism of natural exit of foreign body in the alimentary tract of infants is discussed with referrences to other reports found in the literature.
