陳旧性気管支異物の2症例

　I．緒言

　下気道異物の診断が遅れ，或は他疾患と誤診せられて陳旧性異物となつた場合，一方に於いては肺合併症を併発し，種々の障害を惹起する反面，他方には何らの合併症，自覚症状もなく長い年月を経過していた症例も報告されている。

　我々は最近，下気道異物の2症例を経験し，此等に肺機能検査を施行，その結果からいささか知見を得たので報告する。

In 2 cases of long-standing brochial foreign body the condition of the bronchial wall at the site where the foreign body may be fou-nd is investigated by means of X-ray picture taken by high voltage and high voltage-wide angled method: functional lung tests were also included in this study. It is found that the effect of foreign body on the lung function depends not so much on the length of time that such a body may be present as its size and shape as well as the location where it may be lodged to cause more or less the growth granulation tissues in obstructing the bronchial tubes.
