興味ある経過（気胸，消化管排出など）を辿つた気管支異物症例

　緒言

　気管または気管支異物の症例は，ただ異物症例というだけではあまり珍らしいものでもなく，特別な興味がある程のものではないが，異物の種類や介在期間，摘出方法の工夫，あるいはまた異物による肺の二次的変化など，その個々の症例については，色々興味ある症例が紹介されている。

　私も最近，止めネジの気管支異物によつて演ぜられた興味ある臨床症状と，異物そのものの運命について多少面白い経過を辿つた症例を経験したので，その大要を報告する。

An unusual course taken by bronchial fore-ign body is reported. Apparently the child, aged 3, swallowed a screw from his toy gun 1.4 cm in length which fell into the trachea. For a period of 1 month thereafter, the child was treated elsewhere for bronchitis. Bronchoscopy was performed but the foreign body was not found. The x-ray showed the metal screw w-hich made a complete turn most likely due to bronchoscopic procedure which pierced the co-ntaining bronchus and caused pneumothorax. The metal piece made a further progress to work its way into the stomack and finally out through the anus.
