最近経験した咽頭結核症例

　I．緒言

　咽頭並びに扁桃に対する結核性病変の影響については古くから多くの人々により研究され，特に肺結核屍に於てはその殆んどに組織学的に扁桃の結核病変を見出すとされており，また本症は多くは進行性の肺結核に続発し以前はそんなに珍らしいものではなかつた。しかし抗結核剤の発達した今日定型的な咽頭結核症に遭遇することは甚だ稀となり，戦前に比するとその趣きを一変した。従つてこの方面に関する文献も最近は少なくなつた。

　吾々は最近進行性肺結核に続発した咽頭結核の症例，肺粟粒結核の部分症として現われた症例，潜伏性扁桃結核の各症例を経験したのでここに報告し，併せて文献的考察を試みたい。
