最近経験した喉頭結核と思われる三症例について

LARYNGEAL TUBERCULOSIS: A REPORT OF THREE CASES

　I．はじめに

　抗結核剤の出現，予防医学の発達などによつて近年結核性病変は激減し，喉頭結核の発生率も減少したが，その発生は皆無になつたわけではなく散発するのをみとめる。しかし非常に稀となつたので一般に喉頭結核の存在を忘れがちな傾向にある。

　われわれは最近喉頭結核と思われる三症例を経験したので報告し，若干の検討を加えてみたい。

　The authors report 3 cases of laryngeal tuberculosis. The outstanding feature in one of these cases was the presence of hematoma and polypoid degeneration of the vocal cord.

　In two cases of the three the patients were unaware of their tuberculous lung affection until the present examinations were made.

　These findings are of interest because it is quite often that diagnosis of tuberculous affection elsewhere is made by clinical laryngeal examinations.
