梅毒の届出症例数は1980年代に比べて激減しているが，最近の性風俗の多様化により性器病変を伴わない口腔咽頭梅毒がしばしば報告されるようになった^1）。1999年より性病予防法が改正され，梅毒は診断より7日以内に知事に届け出る疾患となった。われわれ耳鼻咽喉科医も日常診療において遭遇する疾患であり注意を要する。今回われわれは，梅毒に特有な咽頭所見を呈した症例と無症候性頸部リンパ節腫脹症例を経験したので若干の考察を加えて報告する。

We recently experienced two case of syphilis. The first case showed erosion with butterfly-shaped redness in the throat,while the second case visited our clinic with lymphnode swelling in the neck. In the first case ,the immunohistological examination of the specimen taken from the throat showed treponema and the definite diagnosis of syphilitic infection was made. In the second case ,lymphoma or metastatic adenophathy was initially suspected,but RPR and TPHA titers were found to be elevated without any positive findings in the lung or gastrointestinal regions. Both cases were treated with benzylpenisillin and marked improvements were obtained.
