唾液腺疾患のいろいろ—（その9）耳下腺血管腫

　I．緒言

　耳下腺に発生する良性腫瘍は大部分が混合腫瘍であるが稀に血管腫が見られる。耳下腺血管腫は1860年Gascoyeが報告して以来外国文献中には散見されるが，吾々の渉獵した範囲では本邦文献中にその報告例を見ない。

　吾々の教室では此の数年間に4例の耳下腺血管腫に遭遇したので，その附近に生じた血管腫例と併せて報告する。

Four cases of hemangioma of parotid glandand 2 cases of hemangioma in the proximityof the gland are reported. The symptoms,diagnosis, differential diagnosis and themethod of treatment of such a tumor arediscussed. Particularly in treatment theauthors emphasize a total parotidectomy toavoid recurrence of the disease.
