顎下腺唾石症の1例並びにその統計的観察

　I．緒言

　私は今回，唾石症にて右顎下部より2回の手術を受け，更に3度目の再発をおこした1症例につき，その癒着せる顎下リンパ腺をも含めて唾液腺実質と共に唾石を剔出せる手術例を経験したのでここに報告し，あわせて我国に於て記載されている唾石症について統計的観察を行つたので報告する。

A man, aged 32, was affected with repe-ated attacks of submaxillary salivary calculi on three different occasions. For this reason the auther exterpated the involved salivary gland along with adjacent lymph glands that were in a close adhesion. A review is made on cases of salivary gland calculi that were reported in the literature of this country since 1940 to 1958
