慢性上顎洞炎根本手術時出血量に関する考察—特に2,3止血剤の効果について

　I．緒言

　慢性上顎洞炎の手術に際してはその解剖学的関係上手術野が狭く，実質性出血或は骨組織からの出血を伴い，従つて常に出血に対する対策を念頭におかなければならない。而してこの領域に於ける止血法として出血点に対する処置は勿論であるが，さらに止血剤の局所又は全身的応用にまつことが屡々である。このため過去多くの止血剤が発表せられ又使用検討されて来た。

　吾々は上顎洞炎手術時に於ける出血量とこれに関する種々の因子及び各種止血剤の手術時出血量に対する影響について推計学的考察を加えてみたのでその結果を報告する。

These agents seemed to have some effect in decreasing the amount of po-stoperative hemorrhage but, none seemed to show in a specific way that because of the use of such agents the hemorrhage was mar-kedly decreased or stopped.
