迷路刺激時の血清Na量について

　I．緒言

　最近電解質の重要性は輸液の間題や内分泌学方面で殊にその注目を集めるに至り数多くの研究が行われる様になつた。私は先に慢性上顎洞炎患者を対象としてその根治手術による影響を血清Na及びK量に就いて測定し術後減少漸次恢復する傾向を認めた。今回は動物を使用して迷路の刺激された状態に於ける血清Na量の変動を測定して些か知見を得たので報告する。

Using full grown rabbits as experimental animals changes in blood sodium that may be effected by application of rotatory and cold stimuli are measured. It is found that, fol-lowing labyrinthine stimulation whatever the method may be the blood sodium reaches its lowest point of concentration within 30 to 60 minutes and gradually return to the normal level. With rabbits whose cervical sympathetic ganglion having been previously removed or the labyrinthine system destroy-ed no change in the blood sodium was noted as the effect of stimulation.
