慢性中耳炎手術前後の心電図所見と病巣感染

　I．緒言

　所謂慢性中耳炎の根治手術前後に於るE．K．G．所見を観察して，我が耳鼻咽喉科領域に於て扁桃，副鼻腔等と共に病巣感染の原病集となり得る慢性中耳炎病巣が果して，E．K．G．上に意義を認めるや否や，又Fokusと考えられる病巣の完全除去後の経過がE．K．G．上に如何なる影響を及ぼすかを追求した。

In order to ascertain the possibility that chronic sinusisits as a focus of infection mi-ght be the actual focus by which somatic in-fections may occur, cardiographic studies are made before and after radical sinus operations.

Among 40 cases studied in this manner 14 showed some abnormality S-T waves. As far as the problem of focus of infection was con-cerned only 2 cases showed postoperative im-provement in the cardiographic picture.
