手術後に現われた精神障害の3例

　緒言

　手術後に精神障害を来した症例は耳鼻咽喉科領域に於いても数10例の報告があり，さして稀有なものとも考えられないが著者も又それらしい3例を経験したのでその概要を報告する。

Yamaguchi describes 3 cases of the so-called, postoperative psychosis. Two of these case occurred a few months following ope-ration on the sinuses involving the maxillary and the ethmoids ; 1 case was instigated by mastoidectomy. All cases recovered their no-rmalcy within 1 to 4 months after the onset their psychotic state.
