発作的に現われたラ行吃に就いて

　I．緒言

　吃（Stuttering, Stottern）は言語障害の中で最も多く見られるものの1つであり，又特異なものでもあるが，その本態，成因に就いてはなお不明な点が多い。

　Schneiderによれば「吃とは談話の進行中，話そうとする意志がその実行に当つて一時阻止される様な一種の言語障害である」とされ，貝田氏は「吃は発語の痙攣様遅滞を主徴候とする言語障碍」と称している。
