鼻咽腔に現われた菌状息肉腫（Mycosis fungoides）の1例

　菌状息肉腫は1883年Alibertが命名した比較的稀な疾患で，皮膚の眞皮乳頭下の細胞浸潤に始まる炎症性肉芽腫を主な病變として種々の經過をとり，粘膜にも皮膚と同樣の病變を現わす事があり，未期には全身のリンパ腺或いは内臓に轉移し，惡液質を來す疾患である。余は最近，全身皮膚に何等の病變を認めずに鼻咽腔に菌状息肉腫の發生せる稀な1例を經驗したので報告する。

KANATAKI and NISHIMOTO reports a case of mycosis fungoides that made its appe-arance in the nasopharyx alone and with no involvement of the skin suface elsewhere. The patient was girl aged 15. Response of the growth to radium treatment was well and complete insofar as nasopharynx was concerned but, the metastasis which appeared to have involved the liver and spleen gave none to deep X-ray therapy. And the patient died.
