口蓋扁桃乳嘴状肥大症の1例

　I．緒言

　口蓋扁桃表面全体が，多数の小突起物で覆われ，外見恰も乳嘴腫状を呈する，所謂，口蓋扁桃乳嘴（腫）状肥大症は，比較的稀有な疾患と思われ，今日までの吾国に於ける報告例は僅か20例にも充たない様である^1）-14）。私は最近，本症の1例を経験したが，遺憾ながら，先人の業績に加うべき特別の知見を得られなかつたのではあるが，然し，珍しい1症例を追加すると言う意味で，又病理学的所見につき，文献を参照しつゝ僅かながら考察を加えてみたので，こゝに報告し，諸賢の御批判を仰ぎたいと思う。

　Papillary hypertrophy of the tonsils is found in a girl, aged 7. Microscopic examination on the removed tissue following tonsillectomy showed that the papillary changes to be nothing more than morphological appearance and not by any means a formation of tumor. No definitive pathological entity was recognizable.
