稀有なる鼻咽腔粘液腫の1治験例

　Ⅰ．緒言

　鼻咽腔に生ずる良性腫瘍には線維腫・乳頭腫・内皮腫・血管線維腫・骨線維腫・血管腫・脂肪腫・筋腫等があるが，何れも比較的稀なものである。殊に著者等が経験した粘液腫は従来その報告が殆んどみられない。

　耳鼻咽喉科領域における真性粘液腫の報告をみると，著者の知り得た範囲で確実な組織学的検索が行われているのは，軟口蓋及び咽頭（Babbitt ＆ Pfeiffer，Corbetta，macCready，Kelemen）頭蓋底（Brackmann），上顎（Edwards，Bernick），鼻腔（Hasslauer），上顎洞（Greenfield＆Friedman，Richter，Schwab，Shirota，中村，貝塚），前頭洞（Klionsky），乳突部（Johnston），喉頭（Roumaldi et Cortresi），頸部（Shimizu）等のそれである。

　Sato and Tozuka report a rare case of myxoma that occurred in the nasopharynx of a girl aged 14. The removal of the growth was effected, with the patient under intratracheal anesthesis, by a combined method consisting of splitting the soft palate for postnasal approach and Denker operation for that of the nasal. The growth measured after removal 3×4×3 cm and weighed 17.5g. Thepatient recovered uneventfully.
