一側反回神経麻痺の手術的1治験例

　1．緒言

　一側性反回神経麻痺により声帯が屍体位，又は副正中位に固定され，次第に廃用萎縮を来たした為に発声時空気濫費及び嗄声を訴えて来る患者の手術的治療法としては，他の運動神経との縫合によつて神経機能の快復を図ろうとする方法と麻痺声帯を内方に圧迫し，或は，声帯内にパラフインその他の挿入物を入れて正中位に移動せしめる方法とがある。神経縫合によるものよりは後者の方法が今日よく用いられているようであり，確実且つ容易であると考えたので，我々は左側混合性反回神経麻痺の患者に対し，甲状軟骨切開を行い，内側甲状軟骨膜下に合成樹脂性の挿入物を入れる事により，麻痺声帯を正中位にもちきたし，発声時空気濫費を治癒せしめ，嗄声を軽快せしめ得たので報告する。

Konishi and associates report a case of paralysis of recurrent laryngeal nerve in whom hoarseness appeared to be the chief complaint because of lack of control of air volume in the attempt at speech. In order to rectify this disorder the authors performed laryngo-fissure by which they were enabled to instill plastic material in the inner sur-face of thyroid cartilage subperichondrally. In thia way an excessive loss of air in speech was prevented.
