口蓋扁桃角化症の3例並びに其の文献的考察

　緒言

　口蓋扁桃角化症は1873年B．Fränkelが良性咽頭Mykoseの1例を発表し，Mykosis Tonsillaris benignaと命名し報告してより現在迄其の病因に就いて多くの論争が行われつつあり，本邦にては岡田和一郎教授が咽頭Mycoseとして最初に発表し，続いて井上，森本，渡辺，吉田，岩崎，鰐淵，小野，松本，衣川，田中，小田，石松，桐谷，小池，久保，後藤氏等幾多の報告があるが，未だ日常臨床に於て可成り稀なる疾患の一つに数えられるものと考える。最近，当教室に於て口蓋扁桃角化症の3症例を経験し，手術療法に依り全治を見たので，此処に文献的考察を併せ報告する次第である。

Hirano and associates report 3 cases of my-cotic tonsillitis met with in a girl aged 10, a boy aged 15 and a woman aged 30. The authors consider the cause of disease mani-festation of this affection to be primarily an infective process but also, to be dependent upon the element of individual susceptibility and inherited weakness. A review of litera-ture of this country is attempted with fin-ding of 83 similar cases previously reported by different authors. Various aspects of this disease are discussed.
