軟口蓋麻痺の1症例と其の原因的考察

　緒言

　帯状疱疹が強い神経痛様疼痛を表わす為に神経と何等かの意味で関係があることは，古くから推察されていたが，1861年Von Barensprungが剖検例によつて脊髄後根神経節に炎症性変化を明らかにして以来，頭部帯状疱疹に於ても，当然，病変は該部領域を支配する脳神経節にあることが考えられた。現在迄に報告されている頭部帯状疱疹には第5脳神経のGasserian Herpes，第7並に第8脳神経のHerpes oticus，第9脳神経のHerpes pharyngis第10脳神経のHerpes laryngis等があるが吾々は最近原因不明の軟口蓋麻痺患者に遭遇し検討を加えた結果，これを第9脳神経のヘルペス侵襲に基くものと断定するに至つたのでその症例を報告する。
