上顎洞蓄膿症に対しNagarseの上顎洞穿刺注入療法及びその基礎について（第2報）

　緒言

　昨年第27回関東大会に於て副鼻腔炎に対するネブライザー使用によるNagarseの治療効果について述べ，且つ耳鼻咽喉科27巻11号に掲載したがその後我々はNagarseを上顎洞炎の蓄膿症状を呈するものに使用し，その著効を認めたので，Nagarseの洞粘膜に対する障碍性，他薬品（抗生物質，ズルフオン剤）との併用に関する事，想定し得る偶発事項に関する基礎的研究をしたので，こゝに第2報を発表し，諸賢の御批判を願う次第である。

Ogura and associates recommend the use of Nagarse, one of the proteolytic enzymes, which was extracted from B. subtilis. Before one week of radical operation of maxillary sinusitis, Nagarse (2-10mg) is instilled into maxillary sinus. The authers observed state of mucosns membrane, cell cilia, retention-secret in maxi-llary cavity and they also experimented the proteolytic action of Nagarse in rabbit's tissue, and found no disturbance using antibiotics and sulfamid simultaneously.

2 mg of Nagarse is safe dose by one side at one time.
