副鼻腔災が原因と思われる慢性腎炎の1症例に就いて

　緒言

　耳鼻咽喉科領域では中耳炎や扁桃腺炎が腎炎と深い関係のある事は文献にも記され臨床医家の経験する事である。

　然し副鼻腔炎と腎炎との関係については僅かに岡林氏の動物実験の報告があるのみにて臨床報告は見当らない様に思う。私は最近副鼻腔炎が原因と考えられる慢性腎炎の一治験例を経験したので此処に報告する。

Takida reports a case of chronic nephritis in which the cause seemed to have originated from purulent paranasal sinusitis and stresses the need of a closer cooperation and collaboration of the Internists and Otolaryngologists in trea-tment as well as prevention of such a disease.
