緒言

　偽膜性結膜炎は日常屡々見られ珍しいものでないが，私は最近病原微生物に因ると思われない一種の偽膜性結膜炎に遭遇した。その後特有な結膜所見を観察し，本例が或る種の皮膚疾患に於て結膜のみに限局して発病した病型であろうと考え，本疾患の究明を行い茲に之を報告する次第である。

One case, 38yr.old female, who had the attack of the membranous conjuntivitis of which cause was unknown was presented. Subsequently, the epithelial abrasion of the palpebral conjunctiva, small ulcers, adhesion, scar and papule of the bulbar conjunctiva were noticed.

This case was observed for one year resisting to the antibiotics and Cortison. The opht-halaic symptom in the pemphigus, dermatitis herpetiformis Duhring, erythema exsudativum multiforme and rosacea were described here and the essential of this case was discussed.
