肺結核症と誤診せられたる気管腺腫の1症例

　緒言

　肺結核又は喘息と誤診の上，長期に渡り治療せられ，内視鏡検査の結果，気管支の異物が発見され，此れを除去治癒せしめたる症例は時に報告されているが，気管の腺腫にして肺結核と誤診され治療せられたる症例は文献上極めて稀れなるものである。

　我々は最近嗄声及び呼吸困難を主訴とした主婦で，約半年以上に渡り肺結核として治療せられ症状軽快せず，此れが原因たる気管上部後壁に発生せる腫瘍を緊急気管切開の止むなきに到りたる後気管支鏡下に摘出し，且病理組織学的検査の結果，腺腫であつた症例を経験したので此処に報告し，皆様の御批判を仰ぎ度いと思う。

Sugiyama and Hidaka reprt a case of adeno-ma that occurred in the trachea which requi-red emergency tracheotomy. The real nature of the patient's affection was revealed by bron-choscopy performed after the institution of e-mergency measure. The patient, awoman aged 23, had been treated for a number of years un-der the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis without avail. The growth was removed throu-gh bronchoscopy and the patient as for as fol-low-up observation is concerned is freed of her former symptoms.
