喉頭肉腫の2症例

　緒言

　喉頭肉腫は極めて稀なものとされて居り，外国の文献に於ても，Havens及びParkhillに依れば，Mayo-Clinicに於て1910〜1930年に至る30年間に喉頭の悪性腫瘍1100例中僅に11例の肉腫を発見したに過ぎず，その癌腫に対する比率は1：100であり，Clerf（1946）も喉頭癌腫740例に対し肉腫は8例を発見したに過ぎなかつたと述べて居り其の他Simon，Juckson，Tucker等の文献に於ても極めて稀なる事を示して居る。本邦の文献に於ても，我々の調査した範囲に於ては，腰野（昭11，慶大），安積（昭14，名大）の臨床統計に於ける各1例の報告の他に臨床的記載のあるものは10例の報告があるに過ぎず，外国より一層稀な様に思われる。我々は最近病理組織学的には滑平筋肉腫及び細網肉腫の2症例を経験しれので茲に追加発表する次第である。

　ARAI and SAITO report 2 cases of sarcoma of larynx. The first case, a man aged 27, spindle cell sarcoma is found attached to the caudal surface of the vocal cord. The removal is effected with laryngofissure and the treatment is followed with parenteral injections of nitromin as well as with X-Ray irradiations. The second case, a man aged 50, consisted of an affection that showed reticulum cell sarcoma on the face of epiglottis towards the tongue. The treatment is effected by irradiation using X-ray and radon seeds. Both cases are cured.
