上顎洞及び眼窠に発生せる血管腫の1症例

　まえがき

　鼻腔及び副鼻腔血管腫は所謂出血性鼻茸に属するものと真性の腫瘍とに区別することが出来る。前者は炎症性の腫瘍であってその組識学的所見からいつても真性の腫瘍とは異るものであるが本症例の大部分を占めており，後者はその発生頻度は非常に小さいが組識学的所見により明らかに真性腫瘍に入れられるものである。この腫瘍の発生部位としては鼻中隔が最も多く，副鼻腔に発生することは稀有とされているが，私達は最近上顎洞及び眼頬部に発生した単純性血管腫の症例を経験したのでこゝに報告する。

KIMURA, IGARASHI and ONO report a case of hemangioma in the right maxillary sinus. This case simulated a malignant grow-th in the maxillary sinus and was diagnossed as hemangioma only by biopsy examination. Thorough excision of widespread hemangioma as in this case is often difficult. We treated this case by the excision and curettage with aid of postoprative X-rays therapy and led the patient to the cure.
