眼球より上顎に射込まれた空気銃彈の1症例

　耳鼻科領域に於て，眼窠を通過した異物が副鼻腔に留つた症例報告は，必ずしも少くはないが，最近吾々の経験した1例は，右眼球，右上顎洞を貫いた空気銃弾が右上顎骨体内に深く嵌入し，その摘出に際し相当苦心を要したので，そのあらましを此処に報告する次第である。

　TAKAHASHI and NAGAO reports a case of penetrating injury that was caused by an airrifle shot that pierced the eyeball to lodge itself in the posterior wall of the maxillary sinus. The situation of the shot was localized by means of X-Ray pictures and it was removed by radical operation on the maxillary sinus.
