自発性絞扼運動を主訴とした扁桃肥大症の1例

　緒言

　口蓋扁桃肥大を来す各種疾患の患者に於て，自発性絞扼運動（中国地方の方言では「からえづき」という）を主訴とする例は稀と思われる。

　私は，約8年前より起つた自発性絞扼運動の発作を主訴とする17歳の青年で，診察の結果口蓋扁桃の肥大を認め，扁眺摘出術を施行した所，上記の症状が完全に治瘍した例を経験したので，これを報告する。

OGURA report a case of severe retching espeyially after meals in a bo; aged 17. The patient suffered this symptom for 8 years. The examination of the Nose and Throat sh-owed no abnormally excepting for a markedly hypertrophied tonsils with chro ic nfection. A mere touch of tongue during examination elicited a severe retching. The patient is cu-red by tonsillectomy.
