術後性鼻性化膿性腦膜炎の1治驗例

　鼻性化膿性腦膜炎並に術後性鼻性化膿性腦膜炎の治驗例は最近屡々報告され，又化學療法の著しい進歩により其死亡率は急速なる低下を示している。私は最近術後性鼻性化膿性腦膜炎の1例を經驗し　幸いに治癒せしめたので茲に報告し，諸賢の御批判を仰ぐ次第である。

TAKEDA reports a case of meningitis that occurred as a secondary complication to nasal operation; it was cured by use of massive doses of penicillin. In the course of procedure effecting opening of ethmoidal sinus, which followed a radical operation on the maxillary in a man aged 20, aportion of the cribriform plate was accidently injured; meningitis follow-ed with leakage of cerebrospinal fluid through the nose.
