口蓋及び頬部粘膜下に瀰蔓性侵襲を來す所謂口蓋腺アデノマトーゼ（腺腫症）の1例

　此処に報告するような口蓋腺より発生したアデノマトーゼの例は，本邦文献はもとより，外国文献に於ても極めて稀なものである．しかも身体他部に見られるような限局した結節状の腺腫とは異り，本例の如く軟及び硬口蓋粘膜下を表在性に，しかも瀰蔓性に侵襲して限局の傾向を示さない特異な性状は，臨床的には寧ろ悪性とも言い得るものであろう．

YAMAMURO reports a case of adenomata which seemed to have a peculiar infiltrating character. It originated from palatal glands and gradually invol-ved the soft and hard palate as well as the submuco us tissues of the cheek. A search of literature failed to reveal a tumor of similar nature. Maligna-ncy of this nature not only possess a tendency to invade any adjacent structures but also that strongly resisting the ordinary forms of treatment. In the prescnt case surgical removal was followed by ele-ctrocoaggulation of the area involved and the results have been gratifying. Surgery alone may not only fail in attainment of cure but stimulate its further growth.
