口蓋扁桃腺及その周圍疾患により來れる非ヂフテリー性口蓋帆麻痺について

　軟口蓋を形成する筋肉に口蓋帆張筋口蓋垂筋，舌口蓋筋，咽頭口蓋筋があり，そのうち口蓋帆張筋は三叉神經第三枝，その他は迷走神經と舌咽神經が作る咽頭神經叢から支配せられている．口蓋帆張筋は更に顔面神經からも分枝をうけているという者もあるが明かでない．だから口蓋麻痺の原因は相當複雜であり，未だ疑問の點が多い．從つてその分類も多樣である．が主として機能的と器質的，中樞性と末梢性に分け後者を更に神經性と筋肉性に或いは更に神經筋肉の混合型を分ける者もある．この中最も多いのはヂフテリー後麻痺の如き末梢性神經性麻痺である．末梢性の物の大多數はかくヂフテリー性であるが，非ヂフテリー性のものも稀にみられる事は文献の示す通りである．

　最近私は壞疽性雙球菌性アンギーナ後に來れる口蓋麻痺の1例を經驗したので，その報告を兼ね扁桃腺及びその周圍疾患による末梢性非ヂフテリー性口蓋麻痺に就いて些か文献的に考察してみたいと思う．

Shikano report a case of paralysis of the pala-te, in man 33 years of age, from diplococcus throat infection. The onset of paralysis occurred about the 10th day of the disease when other symptoms were beginning to subside. The patient recovered in 2 months. Other cases on paralysis of the palate from non-diphtheric origin, the reports of which made in the last 20 years in this country, are li-sted and collectively discused in this paper.
