頬部粘膜瀰蔓性淋巴管腫の1治驗例

　淋巴管腫の口腔内発生に就いては，彦坂，川嶋寺山氏等数例の報告あるも，其の殆んどが舌に発生したものであつて，頬粘膜広範囲に亘つた例は少い。斯る例の治療に就ては手術によれば術後瘢痕のため開口障碍を来す虞れあり，放射線による完治も又疑問ある処であつて考慮を要する症例である。著者はラヂウム照射により全く治愈し得た瀰蔓性淋巴管腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

SHIMAMURA reports a case of lymphan-gioma that covered an extensive area the whole of oral cheek to include the angle of the mouth as well as the lips in part, in a boy aged 16. The patient was completely cured without leaving any scar with administration of 3,000 mg/hr of radium irradiation.
