扁剔後の喉頭蓋本態的出血

　序言

　本態的鼻出血に対して，重曹液の注射が有効であることは，既に当教室の松山，光岡，等の諸氏により報告せちれた処であるが，私は最近扁桃腺剔出後に，喉頭蓋よりの本態的出血に遭遇し，之に重曹注射を行い，鼻出血の場合と同樣著明な効果を認めたので報告する．

　FURUDAI used with effect intravenous sodium bicarbonate (7% Meilon, 50 cc) for stopping cozing hemorrhage that occurred spontaneously from the epiglottis following a tonsillectomy. He believes the agent effective in producing capillary pressure changes but not in increasing blood coagulability.
