小耳症を伴つた兩側外耳道乳嘴腫の1例

　緒言

　外耳道乳嘴腫は本邦に於ては比較的稀な疾患で，本邦の文献を捗猟するに金崎，鰐淵，吉田，村沢，今井，內藤氏等の報告があるのみである．而かも鰐淵氏の報告は鼓膜より発生したもので，純粹の外耳道乳嘴腫とは稍々異つている．即ち外耳道皮膚より発生したものは私の捗猟した範囲内では僅に5例に過ぎない．

　然るに台湾に於ては諸方氏の27例，蔡氏の1例があり，中國に於ては廣瀨，尾形の30例の報告がある．即ち本疾患は本邦では稀であるが中國，台湾に於ては稀なるものではない．

　飜つて私の症例を見るに外耳道乳嘴腫は一側性のみならず，両側性である事，又小耳症を伴つている事，此の2点が腫瘍発生に何等かの関連を有するものとも考えられるので，興味を覚え敢て報告する次第である．

Inaba reports a case of bilateral papilloma of external auditory meatus. A girl 15 years old, whose ears are deformed from congenital micro-auricula, because of the presence of flaky ceru-men had a habit of continuosly digging in her ears with her little finger. Hence the origin of the papilloma. Bilateral papilloma of the external auditory canal is a rare disease and accordingly reports are meagre in the literature; for this reason report of this case is justified.
