兩側鼻腔に発した巨大な乳嘴腫の1例

　緒言

　鼻腔内に発生する良性腫瘍については幾多の報告記載があり，その数及び種類については枚挙にいとまない位であるが，そのうち乳嘴腫は文献上比較的稀な疾患に属している．

　そもそも乳嘴腫はHopmonn及び久保氏等により発表されて以来，その報告数も遂次増加して，ますます詳論，細述されるところとなつたが，それでもなお稀な疾患である．最近，私共の遭遇した症例は，小児に発生したもので，しかも，それが，両側鼻腔内に現われた巨大な乳嘴腫にして，ために顔貌は醜形を呈し，しかも，その一部は組織学的に悪性化の傾向を示した興味ある症例と考えられるので茲に報告したいと思う．

NAGANUMA and TOYOMURA report a case of huge pappiloma of the nasal cavity which ocurredbilaterelly and in relatively a young person. The growths were removed surgically but there were signs of beginning malignancy. The one removed from the left side showed edematous degenration with Epithelial mataplasia while the right showed beginning malignancy in addition to similar epithelial metaplasia. To prevent recurrence the patient was given radium irradiation and the recovery was complete.
