迷路梅毒の2例

　緒言

　迷路梅毒は聽器梅毒の大部分を占め，その症状も種々なる段階を示し，且つ胎兒より老人に渉り各年令に見られる比較的多い疾患であるが，これが爲死の轉帰をとるものは尠く，從つて新鮮なる病理解剖も又充分ではなく，未だに病理の鮮明せられざる状態である．逆路梅毒は一般梅毒と同樣に先天性と後天性とあり，先天性に於ては早期に発現し緩徐な経過をとるもの多く，後天性に於ては急激な経過をとるものも多い．梅毒の聽器侵襲部位も種々なる範囲に渉り，從つてその症状も多種多樣である．又その症状発現樣式も卒中性に來るもの，比較的短時日に進行性に來るもの，メニエール症状の樣に発作性に繰返すもの，極めて緩慢な経過を辿るもの或は濳伏性に経過するも等があり，一般に後天梅毒に於ては第二期に多いものであるが，第一期に於ても，又晩発性にも発現する．最近吾々が立木臨床を訪れた2症例は何れも後天性梅毒であるが，卒中性に発現し，而も症状激しいものであるを以て，此処にその症例を報告し，併せて迷路梅毒に就いて論ずるものである．

Yamamuro reports 2 cases of acquired syphilis of acustic labyrinth. The patients are both male, aged 31 and 28 respectively. Tinnitus, loss of hearing and vertgo which began with sudden onset and severe manifestations were compla-ints that are commonly found in both cases. Complete bilateral loss of hearing is encounte-red in the first case while, loss of hearing in one ear and severe vertigo of rotating character due to which the patient was unable to main-tain upright position is found in the secnnd.
