爆發による迷路震盪症の2例

　緒言

　迷路の外傷性疾患は直達性及び介達性外力に依るものの2つに大別出來，更に後者は外力の頭蓋に對し直接に作用したものと，聽神經裝置の振盪に依り生じたもの即ち迷路震盪症に分かたれ，之は墜落耳部の打撃銃砲の爆發等の際に多く見られるものであるが最近爆發により迷路振盪症を起し，以後頭軍感動揺感難聽を訴えた2例を經驗したるが故に此所に報告する次第である。

AKIYAMA reports two cases of vestibular concus-sion which was caused by blast of explosion, in a man aged 20 and the other aged 22, and, in whom symptoms of dull headache and slight giddiness ten-d to persist for a considerable period of time since the time of injury. One of hese cases was treated py instituting continuous drainage of spinal fluid and the other by "spinal pumping". Effects of such treatments were shown by marked improvement of the patients' respective symptoms.
