第1篇 レントゲン像より觀たる喉頭結核患者の肺病變範囲に就て

　緒言

　肺結核症と喉頭結核症との間には極めて密接な關係あり，喉頭結核は殆ど總て肺結核の續發症として現はれ，他の器官結核のみの場合に起ることは稀有のことである．肺結核に合併する喉頭結核の頻度は諸家の統計により可成り大なる差異があるが．大體平均25〜30％に於て肺結核より本症を續發するものとされてゐる．

　肺病變の程度と喉頭結核發生との關係はWessely, Poindecherによると，活動性滲出性潰瘍性肺結核に最も多いと云ひ，今村も主滲出性肺結核に最も多く72％を古めると報告してゐる．

　Possible effect of changes in the pulmonary lesion that might cause onset of laryngeal tubercnlosis was investigated. Laryngeal complication rate is relatvely high pulmonary tuberculosis; and, highest, when the lesion was located at the hilus of the lungs.
