喉頭結核發生機轉に關する研究—上氣粘膜温度に就て

　緒言

　恩師中村登教授はその著者「喉頭結核」に於て本症に罹る患者に上氣道殊に喉頭粘膜に貧血を呈するもの多く，蒼白にして往々蝋樣白色を呈し，殊に蓋帆部に著明にして該貧血は全身貧血の度に比し一層著しく，本症を合併せざる肺結核患者にありても之を認むる場合多きも，本症を合併せる場合にては更にその數多く且つその度も一層甚しく述べられてゐる．又最近我教室に於て行つた臨床的統計に依つても，咽頭粘膜の蒼白なりしものは450例中315例，即ち70％の多きに達してゐる．余は此の臨床的事實を實驗的に説明し，以て本症成立機轉に就ても何等かの論據を得るべく，中村文雄教授の指導に依り，熱電對を利用せる，Elektro-thermometerを用ひ，正常者及び喉頭結核患者の口腔粘膜及び舌表面の温度を測定して興味ある結果を得たので，茲に報告すると共に喉頭結核發生の局所的素因につきいさゝか所見を述べる．

　State of humidity on the mucous memdrane of the larynx and pharynx in tubercular patients is found to be considerably lower than that of a normal, person. It is believed that, this state might be, either, the result of atrophy of the visceral pleura, or, from continuous stimulation of the cervical sympathetic nerves which is caused by inflammatory cervical lymph glands. The author considers the presence of thia anemic state as a factor that might incite onset of laryrgeal tuberculosis.
