I.はじめに
脳内生理活性アミンは脳内神経伝達物質であり脳の生理的な機能維持に重要な役割を演じている.最近,生理活性アミンの測定法がめざましく進歩し9),各種神経疾患の病態をこれら生理活性アミンの立場から論じようとする試み18)がなされている.
今回われわれは手術より得られた脳腫瘍組織における生理活性アミン濃度と腫瘍内分布について検索し,さらに術前のCT所見とも比較検討を行ったので報告する.
In recent years, considerable interest has been directed towards the role of neurotransmitters in various types of brain dysfunctions. There are in-creasing experimental and clinical evidences that dis-turbances in the metabolism of central monoamine play an important role in the pathogenesis of brain diseases.
Brain tumors are thought to affect and change the neurotransmitter function of the surrounding cerebral tissues.
In this study, we tried to analyze and accumulate data about tissue concentrations of biogenic amines in brain tumors and their distribution.
