脳室出血にて発症したSubependymomaの1症例

A Case of Subependymoma in the Lateral Ventricle with Intraventricular Hemorrhage

I．はじめに

　subependymomaは，第4脳室，側脳室を中心として発生する脳腫瘍の1つであるが，頻度としては，それほど多いものではない．最近，われわれは，脳室出血を初発症状として来院した左側脳室subependymomaの比較的珍しい1例を経験したので，その出血の機序を検討し，さらに，出血で発症したこの腫瘍について若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．

Subarachnoid hemorrhage attributable to braintumor, particularly due to benign tumor, is not com-mon. A case of subependymoma in the lateral ventricle,which mainfested itself with an episode of subarachnoidhemorrhage was reported. A 33-year-old woman wasadmitted to our hospital because of severe headacheand transient loss of consciousness, but neurologicalexaminasion revealed no abnormality except for slightdisturbance of consciousness and nuchal rigidity.

Lumbar puncture showed an opening pressure over350mmH2O and grossly bloody CSF.
